Sarah Slipka manages the day-to-day operations of AJ Restaurant Accounting, LLC. She provides general accounting and business advisory services primarily to multi-unit franchise owners and operators. Sarah works with new clients to design and implement their payroll, accounting and financial reporting processes. Sarah joined John and Amy in 2002 and has 10 years of restaurant industry experience.
Sarah earned her BBA in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 2002 and her CPA designation in 2004. She is also a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
